With more than ten years of experience, we work in a range of industries with a focus on craftsmanship, holistic living, hospitality, gastronomy, design, arts and culture.

ABOUT

Carlota’s educational background includes a double BA in Fashion Marketing & Communications from IED Barcelona and Westminster School, along with an acting program at the New York Film Academy, reflecting her passion for storytelling and aesthetics. Her work is deeply influenced by her unified view of the world and the human experience, giving rise to The Envelope at the intersection of her professional background and natural upbringing in healthcare, art, and hospitality.

Carlota’s journey, healing from a condition once deemed incurable, led her to explore the intersection of science and spirituality. Everything in the universe is made out of energy and interconnected through vibrations, which influence our emotions, perceptions, and experiences. At The Envelope, Carlota leverages this understanding to design spaces, content and experiences that resonate on both tangible and intangible levels, ensuring every aspect aligns with the desired atmosphere and vision. She emphasizes the importance of both the visible and the immaterial aspects of brands, helping them achieve global impact. She creates environments that support harmony, inclusivity, and expansive development. She has studied the works of scientists and spiritual leaders, including the Unified Physics course by Nassim Haramein and Fractal Anatomy by Meredith Sands. She is a certified Personal Resilience Builder by the HeartMath Institute and is also a member of the United Nations of the Spirit.

Carlota began her career in retail and backstage support for major brands like Cortana, BCBG Max Azria, and Polo Ralph Lauren Kids. She expanded her expertise into PR, communications, and marketing through roles at the Rosa Clará Group and Lonbali in Barcelona, as well as KLIMA Restaurant & Bar and the fundraising department at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. From her multifaceted role at Caravana in Tulum, Mykonos, Miami, London, and Ibiza, to her collaboration with Green Shoes Consulting in Portugal and the Balearic Islands, Carlota has traveled the world, gaining insight from creatives and professionals with diverse perspectives. With an entrepreneurial spirit, having helped launch many projects, she now embarks on her own venture. Her professional journey merges creativity, strategic insight, and holistic thinking to drive brand development, business management, and growth. Her diverse background in marketing, PR, and business development enables her to oversee complex projects, foster key relationships, and execute profitable roadmaps and strategies.
